We all love Edvard Munch, his endearing scream echoes down the decades.
Delighted children - and the simple-minded, like teens and adults - celebrate this most beloved icon by participation parodies in popular art. And hey, Edvard, you’ve made it when Google gives you a day!
How long is a scream? Hold your left sock, stare at it, and repeat “socks” (or ’sox’) for a minute or two. Suddenly the word will sound totally alien and the sock will assume similar quality. Your mum, should she catch you doing this, will break down, crying in shame.
Well, that’s how I feel after trawling a thousand scream pictures from Google and Yahoo for the montage below. Sorry, Mum!
