Dextre's Family Album

"I'm just glad to keep so many fine people gainfully employed" .. Dextre

MDA moves my album around faster than a pea & thimble sideshow trickster. This MDA stub seems to be the current residing address (hurumph) :0[

MDRobotics Dextre with animé    This animation from MDR's Christmas blooper tape where I parody HAL shutting down the ISS central core and, as any integral sentient being would, dissemble myself in remorse for jeopardizing the mission.

Canadian Space Agency (CSA) images of Dextre     CSA have a fond place in my silicon-titanium heart - they, at least, call me "Dextre". And CSA is kiddie-friendly, too.

CanadaArm2 - MD Robotics     CanadaArm2 does his impersonation of 'pod-hurling' shown here in another Christmas tape excerpt giving Frank Bowman a gentle, mission-sensitive "nudge".

CanadaArm plays the hero    Me mate gets a new accessory and plays big knob on the recent STS-114 (I can wait).

Mobile Base System (MDS) - MD Robotics What is a "Mobile Base System" and why do you care? Looking rather like a Formula 1 space frame sans cowling, it is, after all, ..err, a base system. Like concrete footings, or the functional-equivalent of your office chair.

Robotics Work Station (RWS) - MD Robotics    There they are, the humans, beaming bemusedly as though they know what's going on. They won't get anywhere near those shiny silver knobs and levers - the mission is far too important. I took that photo.
