Angel Boligán Corbo

" .. brilliant, conceptual artist "

Señor Boligan is the daily editorial cartoonist for the El Universal newspaper in Mexico City and is one of Mexico's top, award winning cartoonists.

Angel Boligan is an incisive giant sporting a delicate, unique art style. No mean feat considering the plethora of illustrative genius on the planet.

His acerbic caricature simply too simpatico with SheepOverboard's buzz saw scribes to not share our disdain at, and prodding of, the ridiculous amongst us - especially leading us.

Aside from occasional sharp words for El Presidenta, Mr. Fox, Angel chiefly reprimands humanity itself for its blind social evolution in the face of copious, yet discarded, reason.
